Ohio Minds Matter: Trauma and PTSD

Welcome to the Ohio Minds Matter module on Trauma and PTSD. This module is part of a series of modules developed to provide information on youth mental health. 

This module will help you understand and manage trauma and PTSD in youth. Primary care providers with the right knowledge and skills can make a dramatic impact on the lives of young people and their families. 

This module will help you identify how PTSD and stress presents in youth, describe evidence-based care for youth with PTSD, and understand how trauma and ACES contribute to the development of PTSD.
